A 4 mile drive leads to Caernarfon, home to a magnificent castle and the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of the Snowdonia mountains, whilst from Bangor (2 miles), bridges cross the Menai Strait to Anglesey, where Beaumaris Castle, the butterfly farm, sea zoo and glorious sandy beaches for water sports are among the island's many attractions. And at the foot of Snowdon, Llandberis (8 miles) boasts a lakeside and mountain railway as well as a slate museum and huge range of outdoor activities. Pub serving food and shop 1 mile.

Two bedrooms. Double bedroom with 5' bed and ensuite shower room/WC. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). First floor: Spacious open plan sitting room with well equipped kitchen and dining area.

Reviews
1st rate accommodation on 2 floors. Very well appointed throughout. Living accommodation is on the 1st floor and enjoys fabulous views, to the east and Mt Snowdon, to the west and Anglesey with stunning sunsets. Very warm welcome on arrival from friendly, helpful owners, who offer valuable information to visitors. Property is in a very quiet rural location, yet only a few hundred yards from fast routes to so many attractions. This was our 2nd time and we have thoroughly enjoyed it on both occasions. We will go back again.

I would definitely recommend this holiday cottage to family/friends, as it was a wonderful place to stay. The cottage and location was amazing, with the views etc, and the high standard of the cottage itself. Really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to come home hehe!
